Rockingham City & Districts Softball Association (RCDSA) was formed in 1976.
RCDSA operates from the Lark Hill Sportsplex on Warnbro Sound Avenue, Port Kennedy. All regular games are played at this venue. The venue features great clubroom facilities. Facilities include,
- Changerooms and toilets
- Permanent grandstand seating
- Undercover verandah
- Large indoor function area with tables, seating and TV's.
- Canteen with hot food
- Bar
- Office area
RCDSA has 6 separate diamonds in use. Diamonds 1 & 2 are located in front of the main pavillion and have cutouts around each base, home run fences, and international standard lighting. Diamonds 3 - 6 are located at the rear of the main pavillion and have turf batting boxes and are played on open fields. All diamonds have permanant backnets.
Our leagues currently play on Friday nights and Saturdays. Our season runs from October through to March with a 2 week break over Christmas. We cater for Mens, Womens and Junior softball leagues. There are additional softball tournaments and social events to fill our calendar.
