Nominations for the 2025/2026 are open from the 18th of August 2025 until the 15th of September 2025.  Clubs will need to complete a nomination form for each team wishing to join a league, completing all details and including a minimum of 9 players on the nomination form.  Clubs will need to indicate which league and divisions they would prefer, noting that a grading committee will make the final determinations.

Each team nominated will need to submit a $300 non-refundable payment ($100 for juniors) to secure their nomination. This payment will form the first payment towards the full $1500 season fees per team.  Full payment details are on the attached nomination form.  This form can also be found on the files page on the website.
